I started my water intake regimen in November (when I started to get sick)...I HATED water and I can't tell you how many people have told me that you "acquire" a taste for it once you start drinking it...I won't go THAT far, but I will say that my body now craves it. Or, maybe I notice the fact that my body craves it more, because I started drinking it. I like a lot of ice in it, nice and cold. I'm now up to 4 tall glasses per day and working on increasing it to one more soon.
