I have quite a bit to say about the Udderly Smooth product line! First things first: when you're trying out a new lotion or cream, what do you do? I smell it...the last thing that anyone wants to do is put a whole bunch of stinky smelling lotion all over their body...right?
Udderly Smooth has a light vanilla scent...Veronica said that she smelled a faint, light lemony aroma, but I didn't catch that scent. My husband also mentioned that it smelled a bit like baby powder...but not overwhelmingly. Wes said he liked the way it smelled, too and Lucas thought it smelled sweet. Ummm...get the picture? I loved the scent...you can really lotion your arms and legs and not smell like a perfume department.
Nicholas was infatuated with the brand name. It seems that he couldn't stop saying, "Udderly Smooth...Udderly Smooth....Udderly Smooth". When Dad came home, the first thing out of Nicholas' mouth was, "Dad! Mom got some Udderly Smooth!" and I think that he managed to say it over 100 times that night.
Even Dylan and Dakoda wanted to try a bit on their hands...why not? Everyone's hands are getting dry. (And it was completely supervised, rubbing the hands together and all.)
Okay, my feet aren't nearly as soft as I want them to be...and I'll spare you any more details than that. I love the Shea Butter Foot Cream. It doesn't make your feet slippery after you apply it, when you have to stand up and walk. It soaks in and does exactly what it should: moisturize. I love this stuff!
The Hand & Body Moisturizing Lotion almost felt like water as I was putting it on, so I really wondered how it would feel when it dried. Quite honestly, I was surprised. The wet feeling went away and my skin felt renewed. I could smell that vanilla baby powder smell and...
Needless to say, we all enjoyed trying out the Udderly Smooth products. I was fortunate to receive the 4 oz. tube of Udderly Smooth Udder Cream (oh, my goodness, what a name!), the 16 oz Moisturizing Lotion, the 10 oz. pump container of Shea Butter Foot Cream and a handful of mini sample packets of the Body Cream.
I am not only very happy about the products, I can't wait to try more! (For now, I will try these out a bit longer, as the sizes were excellent and should last me for a while! Pictures don't do them any justice.)
Giveaway!!!
You guessed it! A randomly chosen truly lucky Mommy Rantings follower will receive a surprise box from Udderly Smooth (I heard from a little birdie that the 10 oz. jar of Shea Butter Foot Cream might be in there and other assorted products that you'll love...I guarantee, you'll be glad you won!)

ReplyDeleteI have been using on my face for years...I am 45 and no one believes that I am this age. I have been stopped and asked what I use on my face. Instead of spending all the money on the expensive face care items, buy this inexpensive one and save your money!
ReplyDeleteI have the 4 oz tube of udderly smooth and like it. For some reason, the lotion in the 10 oz is thinner and the lotion in the 10 oz container I got smells awful. The only thing I can compare it to is diaper cream. I won't use it, the smell is so gross and it was not any better at helping my severely dry winter skin (I live in the northeast US).
