It’s hard to believe that September has begun. It feels like just yesterday the clock turned midnight and a new year began. Now we are emerging into fall time and that means you’ll be shopping for jackets, boots, and eventually scarves to keep your kids warm. This also means…that Halloween is almost here! I know, the last thing on your mind with school just starting is getting Halloween costumes, but planning ahead will not only save you time, it will save you money.
