Pop Off the New Year: A New You with Nopalea

The New Year is quickly approaching and most of us are quick to start making plans for that old "New Year's Resolution" routine, where you make a resolution that you are most likely not going to follow through on...again. I refuse to make New Year's resolutions. What's the point? I like to find new ways to do things to improve small aspects of my life.
For Example: Incorporate a New Product into Your Routine

I love to evaluate a variety of products that are promoted based on their "wellness" quotient. In other words, they are supposed to provide some level of wellness to our aging and needy bodies. One type of product that has caught my eye is wellness drinks. My favorites are the shake-type drinks or the fruit-based drinks.

Inflammation: The Key to Feeling Old
I already mentioned getting old (aging and needy bodies)...if anyone else out there is anything like me, they're feeling old, particularly due to health issues. In my case, it's been my lower back for several years, which I have blamed on carrying or giving birth to seven children or maybe it was the six - yes, I missed one - epidurals that I've had. Most of the problem is inflammation, a leading cause of pain, and I can only ingest so much Ibuprofen to squelch the discomfort and pain that is associated with inflammation. So, I have to look for other solutions...
Introducing: Nopalea
Nopalea ("Like" Nopalea on Facebook!) is a 32-ounce sized anti-inflammatory wellness drink that fits the bill. It is made from the Nopal cactus fruit, which the natives depended on for centuries, constantly reaping the benefits from its healing properties. It has been scientifically proven that inflammation can be knocked down with the help of touted Betalains - or "rare and potent antioxidants"- especially when used in a daily regimen. These "rare and potent antioxidants" (Betalains) are found in the Nopalea drink and are supposed to really help the body.
We all know that antioxidants help our bodies - that's why us smart people are constantly seeking products that are chock full of antioxidants - so there's no need to go any further about that, but I will also throw in that there are proven nutrients in the fruit drinks, too. With over 3 million bottles sold, Nopalea is definitely on the rise in popularity, backed by a 12-year-old company that aspires to "help people everywhere achieve greater wellness and create wealth for their life purposes".

In addition to helping to reduce inflammation, Nopalea, when taken daily, can also help your body cleanse or detox.

Make a Real Change

So, instead of making promises - or, rather, resolutions - this New Year that you know you aren't going to keep, make the decision to become healthier in one little way. Add just one new product to your daily routine and monitor how it makes a difference in your life.
