On Friday, two people were spotted near the San Francisco Safeway displaying a cardboard sign requesting money. One of the Safeway customers recognized Brittany Smith, alerted authorities, and Jeffrey Easley was arrested while Brittany Smith was returned home.
The slain mother, Tina Smith's, Dodge Neon was found in a parking lot near the San Fransisco airport.
Easley is a prime suspect in the murder case for Tina Smith.
Good news today, but still solemn, as the family still mourns for the loss of Tina Smith.
