Giant Microbes Review and Giveaway!

This is the first time that I've ever received a product to review that, at first, had me wondering whether I wanted to actually write the review and give one away...They're GIANT Microbes, and to be quite honest with you, I didn't know what to say about them. They came in the heart-shaped box you see in the picture, and they're quite adorable...Here's what Penicillin looks like...


I started reading the names of the little stuffed animal shapes that resemble microbes and the first one was penicillin. This was the most peculiar shape. Then, I read The Pox, Chlamydia, Herpes, and then HPV. WHAT??? LOL My first initial reaction was that they made Herpes cute. And The Pox looks like a snake. Somehow, Penicillin got mixed in my batch.

There are two boxes for Valentine's...the Heart Warming and the Heart Burned...I opened the Heart Burned and I was pretty tossed up as to what to write in my review, because my Valentine's items are mostly gift-type items and certainly, no one wants to give Herpes and Chlamydia to someone in a heart shaped box for Valentine's Day! Then, my wonderful husband said, "Those would be perfect for a teacher - a health teacher or something." And, I said, "That IS perfect!"

Of course, the children were quite interested in these little guys, reading the name tags and everything! I simply kept it at this:

Nicholas: Ewww! Aren't microbes germs?

Me & Dad (simultaneously): Yes.

Nicholas: Oh, that's gross!

And, beyond that, the children tossed them around and that was that...no more questions asked (Thank goodness!)
